Manufacturing Sales
Location: Latrobe, PA
Pay: $45,000/year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

Manufacturing Sales Position Overview:
Drive sales growth by building customer relationships, promoting products, and supporting customer needs. Work closely with internal teams, manage inquiries, identify opportunities, and help convert leads into long-term customers. Ideal for a motivated, tech-savvy sales professional comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Manufacturing Sales Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships in the ceramic and glass manufacturing sector
- Identify new sales opportunities through research
- Handle incoming inquiries and deliver quotes
- Collaborate with engineering/production on customer requirements
- Maintain accurate sales records
- Minimal local travel and occasional trade shows
Manufacturing Sales Qualifications:
- Technical school certificate in business, marketing, or related field
- Sales experience preferred, especially in manufacturing
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills
- Proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Analytical, problem-solving, and self-starting “hunter” mindset
