Senior Bookkeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Bookkeeper with strong hands-on experience in QuickBooks Online to manage financial records across multiple business entities. This role requires accuracy, organization, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records across multiple companies/entities
• Import, reconcile, and organize financial data in QuickBooks
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Move between different Quickbooks accounts easily and quickly
• Ensure proper categorization of transactions and chart of accounts management
• Prepare financial reports and maintain clean, audit-ready books
• Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues proactively
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of full-time experience using QuickBooks Online (mandatory)
• Proven ability to import, reconcile, and organize books across multiple entities
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) – you will be tested for proficiency
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in a business environment
  
  

Technical & Communication Requirements

• Must be able to make direct phone calls to the United States
• VoIP / WiFi-based calling apps (WhatsApp, etc.) are used but NOT acceptable for business calls to different vendors
• Must have a reliable VPN to access U.S.-based platforms and systems
• Stable high speed internet connection and professional remote work setup required
  
  

Compensation

• 26,500 Mexican Pesos per month
