Duties
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for a diverse range of roles, including technical, executive, campus, and high-volume positions.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using marketing (recruitment), cold calling, research, and lead generation techniques to attract top talent.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and facilitate the hiring process in compliance with employment law in talent management.
- Manage relationships with external client companies.
- Support onboarding activities including employee orientation, and employee evaluation processes.
Experience
- Supervisor roles a plus
- Customer Service
- Problem Solving skills
- Knowledge of hiring practices & Labor Laws
- Ability to handle high-volume recruitment projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Bilingual languages a plus. Vietnamese & Spanish
