The Experience Coordinator is a part-time, on-site role based in Grand Rapids, MI. This position involves ensuring an exceptional experience for Worklab members and guests by managing day-to-day operations, assisting with scheduling and hosting meetings, and responding to client needs. The role also includes overseeing customer interactions, maintaining the facility's amenities, and ensuring seamless coordination for events and services provided by Worklab. Additionally, the Experience Coordinator supports community engagement initiatives and helps drive a welcoming environment.
