Job Position: Inspector/Packer
Hours: 1st shift (5:00am - 3:30pm Monday-Thursday)
Hiring Timeframe: Currently accepting applications, awaiting official start date from our client company.
Location: Huntley, IL 60142
Pay Rate: $18.76/hr - $20.01/hr
Description:
- Removes completed thermoformed sheets and individual parts from inline thermoforming machines.
- Visually inspects thermoformed sheets and individual parts.
- Identifies and segregates all non-conforming products per Quality Assurance instructions.
- Reports all non-conforming parts to the Process Technician and/or Quality Assurance.
- Operates scales and stacks and loads individual parts in bags, bins and/or pallets per job specification.
- Completes secondary offline form, trim, weld, assembly and inspection processes.
- Maintains a safe, clean and organized work area.
- Performs other work duties or functions as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6 months previous production line experience preferred
- Ability to continuously lift, reach, stand, and walk throughout the day
- Good vision
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good manual dexterity and agility
- Ability to pass all required employment pre-screenings
