Principle Responsibilities
Performs dimensional verification inspections to blueprint requirements. Perform calibration and operation of a wide range of mechanical
measuring and test equipment. Maintain inspection records, evaluate inspection trend data and prepare reports describing test results.
Standard Duties
Establish quality standards, inspection, test and recording and reporting methods. May perform laboratory tests according to prescribed standards
to determine chemical and physical characteristics or composition of materials and substances for purposes such as quality control, and
determining conformity to specifications. Record test results, prepare reports describing procedures used. Perform visual and physical inspections,
sampling, and testing of subassemblies and large completed units with very complicated, exacting tolerances for extremely precise workmanship,
alignment, operating performance and mechanical, hydraulic, electronic or electrical requirements, using all types of precision measuring tools
and equipment. Using testing apparatus and equipment for conformance to electrical, mechanical and other requirements. Prepare and issue
quality certifications. Coordinate quality problem resolution through engineering, purchasing and vendors. Monitor compliance with established
quality standards.
Requirements
Minimum of high school degree. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
Capabilities
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, manuals, and/or work instructions. Good oral and written communication skills. Good
organizational and problem solving skills.
Physical Requirements
Bending, stooping, lifting up to 25 pounds.

Computer, various electrical and mechanical test equipment.
