Job Description
This dynamic position supports clinical programs and services and quality improvement initiatives within the Regal North regional operations. Reporting to the Vice President, Clinical Operations, this position works across departments to support optimal medical management and clinical service delivery for members.
This position includes effectively communicating and interpreting clinical and non-clinical information for use with a variety of stakeholders, including leaders in different department. This position coordinates efforts of internal teams and guides resources, and may include facilitating high-level multi-disciplinary meetings and discussions.
This position also functions as a clinical resource for regional administrators and staff.

Job Description

Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
- Graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing Program (required)
- Bachelor’s degree from four year university highly preferred
- 2-3 years of outpatient case management experience highly preferred
- 2-3 years acute care experience preferred
- 1-2 years of Managed Care experience highly preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, while still meeting team deadlines and requirements
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with all members of the healthcare team.
- Bilingual (Spanish or Armenian) highly preferred
