Job Description
NICU Registered Nurse is responsible for independently utilizing the nursing process to safely, therapeutically and efficiently care for a group of patients based on HMNH’s policies, procedures and all regulatory requirements. Creates a practice environment that maximizes individual performance and serves as a resource and mentor to staff.

Qualifications
Licensure and Certification:
- Current CA RN licenseCurrent BLS provider card
- Current NRP provider card
- Education: Associate’s degree in Nursing (ASN) required
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred
- 16 units of Baby Friendly education
- 2 years recent NICU experience
- Recent experience in Level II or Level III
- National neonatal certification preferred
