Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lorton, VA, with opportunities to work remotely on occasion. The Director of Campus Operations and Sales will oversee daily operations, coordinate events, manage campus facilities, and lead sales efforts. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring operational efficiency, and creating strategies to maximize revenue. The role also involves engaging with the community, developing partnerships, and working collaboratively with various stakeholders to enhance the Workhouse Arts Center's impact and reach.
