About the Role:
Workhorse Solutions is hiring Construction Laborers to help keep our job sites clean, safe, and organized. This role includes debris removal, light demolition, and supporting equipment operators. It’s a hands-on position with opportunities to learn and grow into heavy equipment operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform jobsite cleanup and remove construction debris
- Assist with concrete demolition, rock pad installation, and erosion control
- Install concrete washouts and temporary fencing
- Support dump truck drivers and equipment operators with material haul-off
- Clean roadways and maintain site cleanliness
- Use hand tools to move dirt, trash, and materials
- Load and secure trailers under supervision
- Help maintain equipment, trailers, vehicles, and the storage yard
Qualifications:
- Able to lift 75 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Follows direction and completes tasks with supervision
- Must pass a criminal background check
Work Schedule:
- Full-time, 8-hour shifts
- Overtime available
Compensation & Benefits:
$15–$21 per hour, depending on experience- Health, dental, and vision insurance
