Role Overview
We’re seeking a Craft Production & Assembly Technician to support the assembly, finishing, and quality control of our handmade products. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in careful, precise work and wants to grow in a craft-based production environment.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and finish parts using sanding, grinding, blasting, or light chemical processes
- Inspect components for quality before and after production
- Operate small workshop tools and equipment (drills, sanders, laser engravers)
- Assist with precision assembly and order preparation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
- Follow detailed instructions and contribute to consistent, high-quality output
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
- Dependable, punctual, and motivated
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Previous experience in assembly, craft, or production is a plus—but we value work ethic and attitude over resume length
