- Lead production and project management efforts for technical engineering teams, ensuring successful delivery of initiatives, tools, and platform enhancements
- Manage Agile workflows, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, roadmap management, milestone tracking, and release planning
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Production, QA, Research, and external development partners to drive execution and alignment
- Track project progress, dependencies, risks, blockers, and support requests, proactively identifying and resolving issues that impact delivery
- Facilitate communication and collaboration through meetings, status reporting, documentation, and stakeholder updates
- 5 years of experience as a Producer, Technical Producer, Project Manager, or Program Manager supporting engineering or technical teams
- Experience managing Agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog management, roadmap planning, and dependency tracking
- Strong experience with JIRA and project management tools
- Understanding of game development technologies, development pipelines, or technical production workflows
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
