- Manage allocation of creative resources across content design projects and programs, including editors, animators, graphic designers, creative directors, and producers
- Partner closely with creative leadership, producers, and project leads to balance workloads, forecast staffing needs, and prioritize initiatives
- Oversee resource management tooling and maintain accurate capacity planning data across teams
- Develop and maintain visual dashboards and reporting related to resource deployment, operational efficiency, and team capacity
- Support operational planning and resource forecasting for ongoing and upcoming creative initiatives
- 5–7 years of experience in creative operations, resource management, or production management within design, marketing, media, or entertainment environments
- Proven experience managing resource allocation across multidisciplinary creative teams
- Strong analytical skills with experience developing dashboards and visual reporting for leadership teams
- Proficiency with Wrike or similar project management and resource planning platforms
