Responsibilities
- Lead key rituals with product and engineering teams, including test strategy reviews, results analysis, planning, and triage sessions.
- Translate complex platform requirements into clear, actionable guidance for stakeholders across varying levels of technical expertise.
- Deliver insights to Product teams that strengthen platform knowledge and enable effective collaboration with cross-functional partners and external vendors.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide early visibility into certification risks and ensure readiness for platform submission standards.
- Continuously assess and improve workflows to increase efficiency and ensure compliance testing processes are scalable, reliable, and aligned with evolving platform requirements.
- 2–3 years of experience as a QA Lead, Senior QA, QA Manager, Project Manager, or Program Manager, with a focus on first-party compliance.
- Hands-on experience testing against TRC/XR requirements on first-party development hardware (e.g., test kits, dev kits).
- Experience managing remote testers and providing feedback to improve effectiveness.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
