- Escort guests and clients as they board and depart shuttle buses in Midtown Manhattan
- Travel with guests to Randall's Island and provide transportation support as needed
- Assist with event setup and breakdown activities
- Support bus arrivals, departures, and guest wayfinding onsite
- Perform general Production Assistant duties, including logistical support and event operations tasks
- Previous event, production, or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods
