- Drive the end-to-end process for all data service orders (MACD), including Broadband/DIA, Fiber, EPL, and WISP services.
- Serve as the main point of contact for telecom carriers, responsible for submitting order packages, scheduling installations, and resolving service issues.
- Oversee the technical activation and turn-up of new circuits and associated equipment, ensuring adherence to project requirements.
- Diagnose and resolve circuit-level issues, collaborate with the Network Engineering team on projects and operational support.
- Maintain a comprehensive inventory of all active circuits, documenting critical details for accuracy and lifecycle management.
- Proven ability to manage vendor and carrier relationships to meet project deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail for tracking complex circuit IDs and maintaining billing accuracy.
- Deep functional knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VLANs, and routing protocols.
- Knowledge of diverse telecom standards and circuit types such as Fiber and Broadband.
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science; industry certifications like CCNA or Network are highly desirable.
