Responsibilities
- Research and resolve retailer deductions including distribution, advertising, and returned product disputes
- Analyze root causes and determine appropriate actions for resolution
- Maintain A/R systems by processing approved chargebacks and preparing adjustments for valid deductions
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and professional communications for internal teams and customers
- Support ad hoc reporting, analysis, and special projects for the deductions team
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required (current students pursuing a degree encouraged to apply)
- Experience in Supply Chain, Accounts Receivable, Credit, Finance, or related fields preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
