- Serve as the central intake point for Guest Services initiatives, ensuring all incoming work is captured, tracked, and visible
- Establish and operationalize intake standards to ensure requests are clearly defined, scoped, and actionable
- Partner cross-functionally with teams including AI, Product, Engineering, Operations, WFM, Training, and external partners
- Track progress, identify blockers, and ensure initiatives move forward efficiently
- Lead Guest Services process improvement and technology implementation projects from kickoff through execution
- 6 years of program or project management experience within customer support, contact center, or service operations
- Proven experience building intake, orchestration, PMO, or operating models from the ground up
- Strong ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments and manage competing priorities
- Demonstrated success driving cross-functional alignment and execution
- Experience with AI, automation, or digital support initiatives is a plus
