- Translate creative direction and look-dev references into polished, optimized results
- Build shaders, tools, and pipelines for both engineering and creative teams
- Debug, optimize, and refine performance across apps and frameworks
- 7–10 years of real-time graphics experience
- Expertise in Metal or similar shader languages (GLSL/HLSL/Vulkan/OpenGL)
- Strong understanding of ray tracing, ray marching, volumetrics, and real-time lighting
- Proficient in Objective-C or C (Swift a plus)
