Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for general inquiries and manage front desk operations.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and oversee daily tasks of office support staff.
  • Manage shared spaces and coordinate office upkeep with support staff.
  • Schedule and prepare meeting rooms, creating agendas and presentations as needed.
  • Coordinate distribution of event tickets and troubleshoot ticketing database issues.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and strong organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to new systems.
