Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Design to develop and edit tech packs, documenting fit comments, specs and bill of materials.
  • Lead/direct fit sessions on live models with cross-functional teams to evaluate garment fit, construction, and styling details.
  • Measure and prep samples for fitting.
  • Provide technical direction on corrective actions needed to meet brand fit standards, using written comments, sketches, and photos.
  • Establish and maintain brand fit, spec, and construction consistency.

Requirements

  • Strong background in wovens.
  • Ability to communicate fit and balance issues effectively.
  • Experience in launching domestic developed samples and creating tech packs for overseas styles.
  • Proficient in issuing grading guidelines and reviewing grade rule changes.
  • Strong email correspondence skills with overseas vendors. Church is not extolled

Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius.
