Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the lifecycle of various regulatory artwork projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to established guidelines.
- Develop comprehensive and accurate project briefs for new artwork initiatives by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
- Utilize the artwork management system to route artwork for review and approval, tracking project completion progress.
- Ensure all artwork projects meet stringent regulatory requirements and internal standards.
- Manage color matching process of sustainability projects and facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams.
- 2-4 years’ experience in package development project/quality experience, preferably in cosmetics or related fields.
- A completed Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering or a related field is a plus.
- Proficient in PC skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization and suppliers.
- Good organizational skills to manage documentation, materials, and information.
