- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including merchandise transfers between stores and ecommerce.
- Coordinate and prioritize daily logistics and replenishments to maximize stock availability and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning stockroom environment.
- Support the sales floor as needed, including POS operations, client service, and CRM tasks.
- Reconcile daily cash/deposits and credit card terminals.
- 2–3 years of experience in a retail back-of-house or operations role.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using POS and CRM systems.
- Clear and effective communication with team members and clients.
- Ability to lift up to 30–40 pounds and thrive in a hands-on, team-based setting.
