Responsibilities
- Support and execute product experiences, demos, activations, and events across the organization
- Design, develop, and scale delivery of Product Experiences for internal and external stakeholders
- Provide creative production and logistics expertise including demo design, staffing, tech setup, and onsite support
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, creative, and agency teams to plan and execute experiential programs
- Produce large-scale, complex events including conferences, partner activations, press launches, and first-party events
- 5 years of client-facing experience in event management, production, or creative agency environments
- Proven experience producing large-scale, complex events and product demos
- Experience with VR, AI, wearables, global events, and live device troubleshooting
- Strong program/project management skills with an operational, highly organized mindset
