Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of product launches and site refreshes to enhance customer engagement and conversion.
  • Conduct quality audits of product detail pages and category pages for accuracy.
  • Manage link execution and maintenance across owned traffic drivers.
  • Analyze daily/weekly site metrics and product KPIs to derive actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing strategies and seasonal initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in digital merchandising or e-commerce.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights and actionable strategies.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce tools and reporting platforms (PIM, Browse, GA4, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
