Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently in accordance with company procedures.
- Load, monitor, and unload materials to support continuous production.
- Stage materials and finished goods according to the production schedule.
- Inspect products during and after processing to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
- Package, weigh, tag, and label finished products as required.
- Complete accurate production logs, documentation, and system entries.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and report mechanical issues to maintenance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Assist with changeovers, setup, and shutdown of equipment as needed.
- Support incoming and outgoing shifts to ensure smooth transitions.
- Follow all safety, quality, and operational guidelines.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous machine operator, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and production schedules.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift as required.
