As a MIG Welder on 1st or 3rd shift, you’ll be the one fusing precision with strength, keeping parts on spec and production on pace. You’ll interpret drawings, prep materials, run MIG welders and hoists, inspect parts, and document daily production. You’ll measure, tag, and move completed weldments, perform hoist checks, and assist other departments when needed. Your job is to weld clean, fast, and right—the first time.
What We Offer This Position
$23.00/hour
1st shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 am – 6:00pm
3rd shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 pm – 6:00 am
Paid weekly
Full-time hours

Qualifications
MIG welding experience required
Ability to read tape measures and interpret technical drawings
Must be able to speak, write, and read basic English
Comfortable lifting 50 pounds and working on your feet for extended shifts
High school diploma or GED preferred
Flexible and able to support multiple departments as needed
