III. Duties and Responsibilities
The Adoption Services-Student Aide functions as administrative support for other human services professionals. They will work in tandem with a social worker or case worker to help facilitate the processing of adoption cases and applications.
Job duties include, but not limited to:
a. Filing documents.
b. Making copies, scanning documents, and shredding papers.
c. Courier tasks: post office mail box, package delivery and/or pick-up.
d. Maintenance and Housekeeping support tasks.
e. Moving and storage assistance.
Technology Requirements:
a. Understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel computer applications.
b. Interest in working with groups and families.
c. Good interpersonal skills.
d. Valid driver’s license.
Work Hours
1. Work week is up to 20 hours.
2. Report time 9:00 a.m. Shift ends 3:00 p.m. (flexible on case-by-case basis).
