Inspector
Reports to Department Supervisor.
Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) status: Non-Exempt
Standard Occupational Classification (SOC) Code: 51-9061.00
Production Duties: (1 years’ experience)
- Required to use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Required to write JHA (Job Hazard Analysis)
- Required to comply with all Company and OSHA safety procedures
- Required to obtain certification for forklifts and overhead cranes
- Required to learn and follow standardize work
- Required to communicate changes in schedules, absences and tardiness
- Required to perform duties as needed to support the facility
- Required to arrive at work 7:55 AM
Requirements: (1 years’ experience)
- Assemble: install and/or repair electrical systems & mechanical equipment*
- Proficient in the use of electrical testing and installation tools*
- Navigating through control panels for I/O settings*
- Experience in: assembly of hydraulic pumps and motors
- Physical work requiring climbing & crawling on machinery*
- Experience using hand held tools like; screwdrivers, crimpers, strippers, scale, ratchets / sockets, channel locks, Allen and torque wrenches, hack saw, calipers and tape measure*
- Experience using power tools*
High School diploma or equivalent is required
Working knowledge and conversion of the Metric System to US units
