Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to patients receiving women’s health services.
- Assess patient conditions, monitor changes, and communicate concerns to the appropriate healthcare providers.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record.
- Educate patients and families on care plans, treatments, and discharge instructions.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Follow infection prevention standards, safety procedures, and facility policies.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in clinical condition.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina or a qualifying multistate nursing license.
- Current North Carolina State License or Compact License with North Carolina endorsement
- A minimum of 2 years of Women's Services and Labor and Delivery experience required for PRN.
- Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program.
- Previous nursing experience preferred.
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and quality care.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
