Come join our Workforce Enterprise Team today!We are looking to hire a Graphic Designer/Multimedia Marketing Specialist for the area of Downtown Los Angeles and Ontario, California.The client is within the Cannabis and CBD IndustrySchedule will be an onsite position- M-F 8AM-5PMThe Graphic Designer oversees the company’s promotion and advertising efforts to drive sales and build brand awareness. Their responsibility includes development of an overall marketing plan management to build brand awareness, approving campaigns and logistically measure the return of investment on each project.Duties and Responsibilities• Social Media creation and management for company website. Brochures, digital advertisements, technical publications, e-commerce, press release, and other campaigns.• Develops multimedia (audio/video) content for product marketing, promo videos, internal/external training, and recruiting.• Creates and organizes graphic designs/plan to facilitate brand and company awareness through popular social media platforms such as Facebook, Messenger, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Spotify Live, Telegram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.• Selects and uses proper multimedia (audio/video) content and AV equipment to capture, create and record internal/external training.• Uses professional expertise to capture high-quality images.• Supports in planning, developing, and arranging material for presentations.• Ensures compliance with company branding, quality, and guidelines.• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders.• Performs other tasks as assigned. Qualifications2-3 years of previous experience preferably with a focus in the cannabis industry2 years of experience in packaging / and logo designSuperb at photoshop, must have a portfolio with proven examplesCamera / video experience 1-2 years as well (also must have examples in portfolio)Graphic design: 2 years (Required).Graphic Design, brand strategy, video, photography, social media marketing, and web design.1 year (Required).Excellent verbal and written skills.
