Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team at a busy manufacturing facility. Responsibilities
- Assist in the assembly line by performing basic assembly tasks using hand tools and power tools
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials and products
- Support the loading and unloading of goods within the warehouse or manufacturing floor
- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with equipment or machinery
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times during operations
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking and organizing supplies
Skills
- Experience operating forklifts and familiarity with warehouse equipment
- Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred
- Mechanical knowledge to understand machinery functions and troubleshoot minor issues
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and assembly line techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
- Strong physical stamina for manual labor tasks including lifting, standing, and moving materials
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, assembly, and warehouse operations is a plus
