Mig Welder

We’re seeking a reliable and motivated 2nd Shift Welder to join our team. This role will primarily involve welding duties, with occasional work in machine operation or facility upkeep when welding projects are not available.Responsibilities:Perform MIG welding on a variety of materials and components Mig & Tig Experience a plus.Follow blueprints, work instructions, and safety proceduresInspect welds to ensure quality and precisionAssist with machine operation or floor scrubbing when neededMaintain a clean and organized work areaTraining:Candidates will train on 1st shift for approximately one week to learn our systems before transitioning to 2nd shift.Requirements:Previous welding experience requiredAbility to read blueprints and use standard welding toolsStrong attention to detail and work ethicFlexibility to assist in other areas when welding work is limited
