Job SummaryWe are seeking a Contracts Coordinator I to support contract administration, document management, provider data coordination, and compliance tracking. This role will assist with the intake, assignment, tracking, review, submission, and filing of contracts while maintaining accurate databases and reports.
The ideal candidate is organized, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a highly visible environment. Experience with contracts, healthcare, insurance, provider information systems, or large databases is strongly preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the intake, assignment, tracking, and processing of contracts.
Support contract preparation and submission processes.
Track contracts through review, approval, execution, distribution, and filing.
Maintain and update contract databases and related documentation.
Maintain spreadsheets and prepare daily and monthly reports.
Collect, compile, and distribute statistical and contract-related data.
Monitor provider compliance with contract deliverables and submission requirements.
Coordinate data verification for contracted providers.
Audit provider information and identify discrepancies or data issues.
Work with credentialing teams to ensure provider information is consistent across systems.
Maintain organized electronic and hardcopy contract records.
Support contract reviews, audits, document requests, and risk-management activities.
Prioritize competing requests while meeting established turnaround times.
Strong written and verbal communication — Ability to communicate professionally with internal teams and senior leadership and produce clear, accurate documentation.
Organization and multitasking — Strong ability to manage contract workflows, competing priorities, deadlines, and detailed records.
Systems and tracking experience — Experience maintaining databases, spreadsheets, logs, and tracking systems with a high degree of accuracy.
Contract administration or contract coordination experience.
Healthcare or insurance industry experience.
Experience managing large databases.
Provider information systems experience.
Experience with auditing and data verification.
Strong writing and documentation skills.
Experience supporting contract reviews, negotiations, or document management.
Experience working with provider or credentialing data.
Professional, self-directed, and highly organized work style.
