The Office of Human Resources Management, Workforce Analytics and Technology Division is seeking an HR Systems Administrator to serve as one of two HR Systems Program Managers. This role analyzes organizational needs and identifies opportunities to leverage new and existing information technology and communities of practice.

Qualifications:

To qualify, applicants must have one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 (ZA-III for NIST). Specialized experience is defined as experience supporting operations in the National Finance Center (NFC) and at least 1 of the following, Service Now, SharePoint, Time and Attendance, Talent Acquisition, Payroll and Processing, or Learning Management; Project management experience to include, intake and prioritizing projects, developing roadmaps, including collaborating with product owners to gather, interpret, document, and prioritize user requirements, and/or developing, joining, and running queries using Structured Query Language (SQL) methods or equivalent programming language.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
