Qualifications
- PMP certification
- 4 years managing IT projects
- Experience with Agile methodology
- Experience managing projects in a program environment
- Experience with large-scale, high-profile implementations involving multiple technologies and stakeholders
- 7 years IT experience, including:
- Business and technical requirements gathering
- Technical documentation (requirements, designs, test scripts)
- Facilitating business and technical meetings
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience with Azure DevOps, distributed applications, state government, or Florida Early Learning Coalitions preferred
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, and status reporting
- Develop project plans, assign tasks, and monitor daily work
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and communicate project status
- Identify risks, resource needs, and issues; escalate as needed
- Ensure projects meet scope, requirements, and PM standards
- Coordinate internal and external resources
- Remove obstacles impacting project delivery

Pay: $70.00 - $90.00 per hour
