WorkFit Medical Staffing is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). In this role, you will provide specialized care to critically ill newborns, working closely with neonatologists and healthcare teams to ensure the best outcomes for infants and their families. Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP
- 2 years experience in NICU nursing preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and neonatal care skills.
- Certifications in BLS and neonatal resuscitation (NRP) required.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to remain calm and effective in high-stress environments.
