Requirements
- Valid certification or licensure as a Psychiatric Technician or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of RECENT experience in psychiatric or behavioral health settings preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to the needs of individuals with mental health conditions.
- AAS degree in psychology or sociology REQUIRED
