- Administer medications
- Provide treatments as ordered
- Follow individualized plans of care
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support positive patient outcomes
- Full-time
- Day and night shifts/per diem
- Weekends and holidays as needed
Requirements
Qualifications
- Active NY State RN license in good standing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
