Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Patient Care - Responsible for radiography of patients, including CT scans and Interventional CT guided procedures; provide on-call coverage for CT section of Radiology; follow up on patient care issues/needs
- Documentation - Maintain accountability for proper documentation of exams and procedures, document performance of studies in patient charts
- Daily Maintenance - Assist with day-to-day supervision of the CT team; clean, restock and prepare rooms
- Two year college degree in Radiologic Technologist in Applied Science or equivalent
- NYS license in Radiologic Technology (or) must hold NYS permit and obtain licensure within six months of employment. R - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Certification (ARRT-R) within six months of employment
- NYS Injection Certification within six months of employment
- Prior Radiologic Technologist experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and ability to work in various software applications preferred
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills preferred
