The main need is for a Call Taking Cardiac Anesthesiologists.
There are also needs for Call Taking Non-Cardiac Anesthesiologists

- malpractice covered.
- Lower volume/acuity setting
- Monday-Friday schedule; 7am-330pm
- Call ratios vary dependent on position and location
- Basic cases. Blocks and General Anesthesia
- Staffing model consists of Anesthesiologists and CRNA's
- Call is 1 n' 5
