We are hiring for several positions, but key tasks related to all include:
· Assisting a team of risk managers with their claim inventory
· Outgoing phone and email communication to secure information on claims or clients
· Communication of statuses and updates with employers and your internal team
· Accurately documenting information that you have obtained within our internal system
· Data entry and analysis
Skills required:
· Meticulous attention to detail
· Enthusiasm for learning new skills and tasks
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word and Outlook, comfortable using phone and computer for virtually all aspects of duties
· Excellent Customer Service Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to multitask and work at a fast pace with minimal supervision
Experience Preferred:
Experience working with workman’s compensation insurance with clear understanding of policies, payroll, loss runs, experience modification worksheet, and premium is required. Administrative or clerical experience in a professional business setting strongly preferred.
