Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Receptionist to join our team in a law office that specializes in worker's compensation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting clients, answering phone, transcribing audio recordings into written documents, type and send correspondence and filing.
This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks at once, the ability to work independently, as well as a friendly and inviting phone voice.
Duties
- Transcribe audio recordings accurately and promptly, ensuring all content is clear and coherent.
- Create and proofread documents and letters.
- Manage and maintain files and organize documents.
- Contact with clients, answering phone calls with the most upmost level of friendliness and professionalism, filing of documents and client folders.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are met while maintaining quality standards.
- Demonstrate effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
- Friendly, personable and professional phone voice.
- Transcription experience is required.
- Office experience is required.
- Strong office skills with a focus on organization and detail.
- Proficiency in proofreading to ensure accuracy of documents and letters.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple assignments effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
