Key Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research using Lexis.
Draft and manage discovery.
Conduct depositions and assist with trial preparation.
Argue motions and represent clients at court conferences.
Requirements:
4–6 years of litigation experience, including courtroom experience.
Active Massachusetts Bar license in good standing.
Strong research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
