Compensation
Workbridge offers good‑faith hourly pay ranges based on role, experience, shift, location, and client requirements. Actual pay will be determined at the time of placement.
Typical hourly ranges may include:
- General Labor / Warehouse Roles: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
- Forklift Operator / Equipment Roles: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
- Maintenance or Specialized Roles: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
- Lead or Supervisor Roles: $20.00 per hour, depending on assignment
Pay rates may vary based on shift differentials, site requirements, and applicable experience.
