Shifts Available: 1st Shift and 2nd Shift

Classification: Non-Exempt (Eligible for Overtime)

About the Role

We're seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to support operations in a fast-paced logistics and distribution environment. This role is responsible for accurately picking products, packing orders securely, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, works well in a team environment, and takes pride in delivering accurate orders on time.

Schedule

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
• Full-time: 40 hours per week
• Schedules may be subject to operational needs
• Overtime or schedule adjustments may be required based on business demands

Pay Rate

• 1st Shift: $15.00 per hour
• 2nd Shift: $15.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment & Packing

• Pick products from warehouse shelves and bins according to order specifications using pick lists, RF scanners, or paper tickets
• Verify product type, quantity, and quality against order documentation before packing
• Pack items securely using appropriate boxes, void fill, and packing materials to prevent damage during transit
• Label, seal, and stage completed packages for outbound shipment

Quality & Accuracy

• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets while maintaining quality standards
• Inspect products for damage or defects and report issues to the shift supervisor
• Ensure all orders are completed accurately before shipment

Warehouse Operations Support

• Restock packing stations with supplies as needed
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and general warehouse duties
• Support team members in maintaining efficient warehouse operations

Safety & Organization

• Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures at all times
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Report safety concerns or operational issues to management

Qualifications

Required:

• Ability to read and understand pick tickets, labels, and basic written instructions
• Comfortable using handheld scanners or willing to learn
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation

Preferred:

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior warehouse, fulfillment, production, or distribution experience

Work Environment

Warehouse and distribution environment with frequent movement throughout the facility. Requires standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods, along with regular lifting and carrying of materials up to 50 pounds. Duties involve repetitive motions including grasping, lifting, carrying, and packing. Temperature conditions may vary seasonally, and overtime or extended hours may be required.
