Location: Ellicott City, MD 21043

We are recruiting dependable and motivated General Laborers to support daily operations at active worksites in Ellicott City, MD. This role is ideal for individuals who value teamwork, safety, and consistency, and who are comfortable performing hands‑on physical work in a variety of environments.

As a General Laborer, you will assist with a wide range of physical and operational tasks that support jobsite productivity and safety. This position requires flexibility, dependability, and the ability to follow instructions in a fast‑paced work environment.

• Typical Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Full‑time and part‑time opportunities available
• Work hours and schedules may vary based on project needs, weather conditions, or operational demands
• Overtime or schedule adjustments may be required as business needs change

• Pay Rate: Based on assignment and experience
• Classification: Non‑exempt, hourly position

• Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment
• Perform general physical labor tasks including lifting, carrying, digging, pushing, and pulling materials
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely (as assigned and trained)
• Support skilled trades and supervisors with jobsite tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all site‑specific safety rules and company safety protocols
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
• Report unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or incidents to supervision promptly
• Complete required safety or task‑specific training as assigned

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, and use hands repetitively
• Willingness to follow safety instructions and jobsite rules
• Dependable attendance and punctuality

Preferred:

• Prior general labor, construction, or warehouse experience
• Familiarity with basic hand or power tools
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

• May include indoor and outdoor worksites
• Exposure to varying weather conditions depending on assignment
• Noise, dust, and physical activity are common aspects of the role

• Pago por hora: según asignación y experiencia
• Clasificación: Puesto por hora, no exento

• Cargar y descargar materiales, herramientas y equipos
• Realizar tareas físicas como levantar, cargar, excavar y mover materiales
• Operar herramientas manuales y eléctricas básicas de manera segura (según capacitación)
• Apoyar a oficios especializados y supervisores en tareas del sitio
• Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y segura
• Cumplir con todas las normas de seguridad y uso de PPE
• Reportar condiciones inseguras o fallas de equipo
• Completar la capacitación requerida

Requeridos:

• Autorización legal para trabajar en los Estados Unidos
• Capacidad para realizar trabajo físico exigente
• Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 libras, con o sin adaptación razonable
• Capacidad para estar de pie, caminar, agacharse y arrodillarse repetidamente
• Puntualidad y asistencia confiable

Preferidos:

• Experiencia previa en trabajo general o construcción
• Conocimiento básico de herramientas
