Job Title: Onsite Bilingual Recruiter

Compensation: $22-$24 per hour

Location: Greenville, SC (onsite at client location)

Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled Onsite Recruiter to oversee recruitment operations for one of our key clients in the manufacturing sector in Greenville, SC. As a bilingual recruiter, you'll leverage your language skills to attract, engage, and place top talent.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and source candidates for temporary and permanent positions
• Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for client-specific needs
• Present qualified candidates to clients and ensure successful placements
• Meet client demands and ensure timely placement of candidates
• Maintain high standards in candidate selection and client satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with candidates, clients, and team members
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals
• Drive results independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is desirable
• Self-starter with a competitive spirit and can-do attitude
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
