1 st Shift - Legal Assistant / Collections (Legal Recovery department) - $18-$19 / hr Grand Rapids, MI

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Legal assistant experience is preferred
  • Data Entry Experience required
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Pre-employment screening including background check.

Preferred Skills :

  • The ability to work full-time; 40 hours Mon-Fri
  • Must have excellent verbal communication skills; on the phone and in person.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Positive, Outgoing, Energetic personality.
  • Ability to persuade and influence others including encouraging and motivating staff.
  • Self-motivated with goal orientation to work well as a team or individually.
  • Ability to quickly learn processes and systems.

    • Our client is looking for someone to join their Legal Recovery Department. In this role you will start off doing mostly data entry / computer work (repetitive work). Legal assistant experience is preferred, and data entry experience is required.
