We're seeking a General Laborer to join our team in Newaygo, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping us to build quality wood door frames from start to finish. What You'll Be Doing As a General Laborer, your core responsibilities will include: Door Frame Production: Helping build quality wood door frames from start to finish. This can involve repairing and sanding boards, building doors, machine work, and packaging/assembling. Repetitive Tasks: Performing repetitive tasks as part of the production process. In addition, you will also be expected to work as a team and be able to work overtime and weekends when needed. What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you should have the following: Qualifications: Attention to detail Quick learner Able to work as a team Able to do repetitive tasks Able to lift 25 pounds max, more frequently 10 pounds Able to work overtime and weekends when needed Skills: Hand Tool Proficiency: Comfortable using hand tools. Physical Stamina: Able to bend and stretch during the entire shift. Measurement Skills: Able to read and use a tape measure. Math Skills: Good math skills. Why Join Us?
